The legendary ruby colored red velvet cake pops recipe with heavenly creamy rich white chocolate. My kids asked me to make some cake pops. I had a box of red velvet cake mix, that I decided to use on these. It turned out really delicious.
Ingredients:
1 box of Red Velvet cake mix (Follow the direction on the box)
Cream:
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 sticks of unsalted butter
Chocolate for dipping and decoration
Bake the cake follow the direction on the box. Let it cool down.
Mix eggs with sugar until fluffy.
Melt butter.
Eggs are ready.
Pour eggs into the butter while stirring.
Bring it to a boil. Set aside to cool.
Brake pieces of cake and mix it with cooled cream.
Use a mixer to make it smooth.
Roll balls and put em in the fridge for a few hours.
Melt chocolate and dip the stick in first then stick it in the cake pops.
Dip the whole cake pop in. For decoration use sprinkles. I learned swirls on YOUTUBE.
