The first recipe for this blog : Thai Pork Toast

Hej hej! Today I'm gonna show you how to cook Thai snack. This recipe is by far my favorite one. It's called Kha Nom Pung Naa Moo ( ขนมปังหน้าหมู) or Thai pork toast in English . Actually we need to deep fry these breads but I really wanna make this recipe "healthier" so I put this in the oven instead. So let's ger started!!!

Ingredient ( for 12 pieces)
1. 100 gram Minced pork
2. 1.5 tablespoon Light soy sauce
3. 1 teaspoon Black pepper
4. 3 slices Bread
5. 1 clove Garlic
6. 1 egg
7. Chilli and Cilantro for decorating


Instruction
1. Preheat the oven at 175 degree celcius ( around 350 degree farenheit) 
2. Cut the rim of the bread , then cut the bread into 4 small pieces 
3. Mix minced pork, light soy sauce , black pepper and garlic together. Marinate it for 15-20 minutes.
4. Put the pork mixture on top of the bread.
5. Beat the egg, and brush it on top of the pork.
6. Decorate the pork bread by chilli and cilantro. 
7. Put a parchment paper on the baking sheet, then place the breads. Bake it for 15-20 minutes or until pork is golden brown.
8. Well, it's done! You can eat this recipe with sweet chilli sauce or thai cucumber salad ( but i prefer sweet chilli sauce hihi).
